14 h – 17h: Cultural and social activities promoted by the students of Beja
Guest students will be organized in teams and guided around the Campus by a local student. During the tour, students will have the opportunity to participate in several activities, related to our cultural and social habits. (specific programme will be available later).

17h45: Departure to the Town Hall Reception (visit)

The President of the Town Hall of Beja will receive/host the Cultural Encounter participants’. the participants in the Cultural Encounter

19h – 21h: Dinner

10h – 12h: Official Ceremony (Auditorium – Common Services I)
Signature of the cooperation agreement between the Polytechnic Institute of Beja (PT) and the Szolnok University College (HU), with the presence of the Ambassador of Hungary.

12h – 14h: Lunch

Departures
(free transport from the accommodation place to the train station and bus station at 16h00)

Meals and Accommodation

Meals and accommodation are included in the €10,00 fee.
Meals will take place in the students canteen, and you can get the ticket for your meals at the information desk, located on the Common Services I building.

Accommodation is located in Regimento de Infantaria 3, Estrada de Mértola, 7801-906 Beja and you will need to bring a sleeping bag and towels.
